How We Work

We are not a parts catalogue. We make the engineering call, write it down against the published standard, and deliver to it.

1. Engineering judgement

A fastener is not chosen by ticking a size box. The decision depends on the load it carries, the environment it sits in, the materials it joins, how it will be tightened and how long it has to last. Getting that decision wrong is expensive in a way that the price per piece never reflects.

This is the part of the job we take on. Tell us the application and we will work out what the part has to be — or tell us what you have specified and we will tell you whether it holds.

2. Specification

Every decision becomes a written specification: standard, size, property class or material grade, surface finish, and the tolerance range the part must fall inside. Where our own dimensional data differs from a nominal figure published elsewhere, we say which one we are working to and why.

Our standards library covers the dimensional and property data behind that work, and we publish tolerance ranges rather than nominal sizes alone — because a nominal figure does not tell you what will actually arrive.

3. Sourcing and verification

Steel components are formed, punched and welded in our own plant. Fasteners are sourced from vetted partner factories in the Yongnian fastener cluster — China's principal fastener production base, where we are based — and every batch is verified against the specification before it is accepted into stock.

That verification is the point. Sourcing without it is just buying. Ours covers dimensions, material, property class and coating, and coated stock is salt-spray tested.

4. Delivery

We hold stock rather than making everything to order, so repeat demand does not wait for a production run. Goods are packed to your requirement — bulk, small box, carton, pallet or your own labelling — warehoused, and released against your call-off. Containers are consolidated and loaded from our own warehouse.

One specification, one delivery, one point of responsibility.

Why this is the offer

Buyers can find a cheaper price per piece almost anywhere. What is harder to find is someone who will take the engineering decision, stand behind it in writing, and then make sure the goods that arrive match what was agreed. That is what we sell — and it is why our specification data is published rather than kept in a drawer.
