How quickly will I receive a quotation?

We normally send a quotation within 3 days of receiving your request, drawing or specification.

What is the minimum order?

For in-stock items, the minimum shipment is 1,000 pieces. For custom production, the typical minimum is around 2 tonnes per specification; special cases can start at 500 kg, and machined items can be quoted in smaller batches.

What are the payment and shipping terms?

We usually work with a T/T deposit of 30-40% depending on the order, with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Preferred terms are FOB Tianjin or Qingdao; EXW, CIF and DAP are also supported.

Can third-party inspection be arranged?

Yes. Third-party inspection before shipment can be arranged; the inspection and inspector travel costs are borne by the customer.

Quotation

Send us the drawing or the standard number and size, together with material or property class, surface finish, quantity, packing requirement and destination. We normally return a quotation within 3 days. Prices are quoted per order because they depend on material, specification, quantity and finish; we do not publish a fixed price list.

Minimum order quantity

In-stock items: minimum 1,000 pieces per shipment, taken from stock.
Custom production: typically around 2 tonnes per specification; special cases can start from about 500 kg, depending on the size and material of the part.
Machined parts: where a part can be produced by turning or other machining, very small batches can be quoted, for example a few hundred pieces.

Payment

Standard terms are a T/T deposit of 30–40%, depending on the order, with the balance paid against a copy of the bill of lading. Other arrangements can be discussed when the order is placed.

Lead time

Stock items: after the deposit is received, loading is normally arranged within 2 days.
Custom production: around 15 days of production after the deposit is received.

Shipping terms and ports

Preferred terms are FOB Tianjin or FOB Qingdao, our two nearest ports. EXW, CIF and DAP are also supported, and other arrangements can be agreed with the customer.

Packing and labelling

Default: carton with plastic bag, on a fumigation-free pallet.
Option 1: four small boxes packed into one larger box, on a fumigation-free pallet with wooden crate.
Option 2: small plastic bags of 50–100 pieces each.
Labelling (default): customer company name, product name, size, material, quantity and total weight. All packing and labelling can be customised.

Documents

Test reports and certificates of origin can be supplied with the shipment. Third-party inspection before shipment can be arranged (see the quality and claims page). Certification of our management systems is shown on the certifications page.
